Introducing Box-Ying – women only workshops

It might seem like an odd combination but we believe boxing combined with yin yoga is the perfect formula to boost confidence, de-stress and recharge you.

Release stress through a fun and empowering boxing session, take some time out to focus on you in a supportive women only environment and re-boot and recharge yourselves with a relaxing candlelit yin yoga session.

This month’s workshop is focussed around the theme of self love and taking time out for YOU
