February is the month of LOVE so lets give a little to yourself

Join us at 12 Rounds Boxing for a women only day of boxing, self care and relaxation with our unique combination or boxing, mindset work and yoga

Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and back in balance after a fun and insuring morning of fitness and self love

Along with a fun day of boxing fitness and female connection, attendees all leave with a Sweaty Betty goody bag

Self Love and Boxing Gloves will teach you:

  • Why boxing is the most powerful and effective form of fitness. Not only is it fun and enjoyable but it will focus your mind, relieve stress and leave you feeling energised and positive
  • Learn how stress impacts on everything from both mental and physical health to weight management
  • Learn the brain science techniques to re-programme your brain, manage stress better and stay off the punchline
  • Learn how to use food to support and nourish your body in times of stress
  • Learn how to balance your nervous system for better health AND weight loss
  • Why we need a team in our corner and connection and support are vital to your success

Itinerary 

9am – Welcome and wake up. Start the day with our signature ginger and lemon shots to wake you up with a natural hit

9.15am -10.30pm – Boxing Technique and Drills

10.30am-11.15am – Learn why self care will make you stronger and put in place vital strategies to bring you back to balance

11.15pm -12.15am Yin Yoga session – After raising your energy with boxing and HITT training, learn the importance of restoring your energy through this restorative yoga session. Even the most highly strung will leave feeling calm and rejuvenated

12pm-12.30am End the day with refreshments and Sweaty Betty goody bag
