At 12 Rounds our focus is that you learn proper boxing technique in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether you want to box for fitness, weight loss or for competitively, consistently is what gets you results.

If you are continually learning it keeps your mind focussed and you want to progress – so you keep coming consistently!

We also believe it’s important that you work alongside people at the same level as you. When you are a beginner it can be pretty scary holding pads for an experienced fighter! Vice versa, if you are experienced, it can be frustrating when the class has to slow its pace for someone less experienced

We developed our training system to ensure that everyone who comes through our doors learns at the pace that’s right for them

Below is our membership training system and what you will learn on each level. Our monthly membership packages also include a range of fitness based classes open to all levels. Pad Attack, Bag Attack, Boxsanity, and HITT sessions are high-intensity cardio sessions and open to all members no matter what your skill level.

Membership payments run on a rolling monthly direct debit and range from £95-£145 per month

Defence: How to defend using footwork, blocks, rolls, slips
Which defence to use for each punch
Bag work: How to work bag and use footwork to move around
Counterpunching (single shots)
Pad work – throw up to 6 punch combinations including defence
Pad holding – Be able to call combinations and proficiently hold pads

Shadow boxing – able to move around freely without instruction attack and defend
Advanced pad-work: Up to 10 move combination including defence
Drills – proficient in attack defence and counter drills
Freestyle work throwing punches and movement on bags
Freestyle pad holding and call combinations and defence
Body Sparring – understanding how to land punches on body rather than pads
Advanced circuit training
